Akron police seek Dollar General robber
Store was robbed on Sunday night

AKRON, Ohio - Akron police are investigating after a Dollar General Store was robbed on Sunday night.
Police said that just before 9 p.m. on Sunday, employees at the Dollar General Store located at 1770 Merriman Road called police to report that had just been robbed.
Employees told police that a person wearing a black and red ski mask, black hooded sweatshirt and black pants armed with a silver handgun entered the store and demanded money.
Police said that the suspect ordered employees to the back of the store and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
