AKRON, Ohio - Thirty new homes are revitalizing a once blighted neighborhood in Akron.
The Moon-Mallison Homes is a $5.3 million project headed by the East Akron Neighborhood Development Corporation . The neighborhood sits about one mile west of downtown Akron.
Rent for the single family, lease to purchase, homes will range from $490 to $710 per month. Families can qualify based on their family size and income.
