The next time you go to the doctor, you might want to ask the nurse to take your blood pressure on both arms.
A new study in the British medical journal "The Lancet," says if the top number (the systolic reading) is at least 10 to 15 millimeters higher in one arm than the other, it could be a sign of vascular disease.
And those circulatory problems can lead to a higher risk of heart problems, up to and including death.
