CLEVELAND - A new survey finds your doctor may not always be honest with you.
The survey was conducted by the Charter on Medical Professionalism.
It questioned nearly two-thousand doctors nationwide on their communications with patients.
One in 10 of the doctors who responded admitted telling a patient something that wasn't true in the previous year.
More than half said they would described a patient's prognosis in a more positive light than they should have.
And almost 20 percent said they didn't tell a patient about mistakes out fear of being sued.
