CLEVELAND - You've probably heard of a flash mob. But what about a flash workout?
More than 100 Cleveland students joined students across the country, at exactly the same time Tuesday, in the "Lets Move!" flash workout.
Thousands of kids danced a choreographed routine to Beyonce's "Move Your Body" song.
It's part of First Lady Michelle Obama's "Let's Move!" campaign, which focuses on tackling childhood obesity.
Several hundred 6th through 12th graders will continue their efforts to exercise, by running the upcoming Rite Aid Cleveland Marathon, half marathon, 10-K or 1.2 mile run on May 15.
