STRONGSVILLE, Ohio - A gym teacher at a Strongsville school has been charged with reckless operation for reportedly driving his vehicle toward a van taking school employees to Kinsner Elementary School.
Chris Koval was arrested Thursday morning for driving recklessly on Waterford Parkway near the elementary school.
The case was referred to Berea Municipal Court and the Strongsville city prosecutor for possible additional charges.
