CLEVELAND - Cleveland Metropolitan School District CEO Eric Gordon will testify before a US Senate committee Thursday about safe and supportive schools.
According to a news release from the school district, Gordon will be part of a panel of five witnesses called to speak before the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions.
Gordon was specifically asked to talk about best practices in creating safe, supportive, successful learning environments, the release said.
