Zack Reed To Be Released From Jail

Councilman Served 10 Days For 2nd DUI Arrest

    CLEVELAND - Cleveland City Councilman Zachary Reed is expected to be released from jail on Wednesday.

    Reed served a 10-day sentence at the Cleveland House of Corrections for his second DUI conviction.

    The sentence stems from an incident last November when Reed was found passed out in his running car with his foot on the brake.

    Reed told NewsChannel5 last month that he has received help for his drinking problem.
