Woman Who Stole From Church To Spell Apology In Coins

PAINESVILLE, Ohio -
A woman who was convicted of stealing from an area church was sentenced in the Painesville Municipal Court Friday.
Judge Michael Cicconetti who is known for giving alternative sentencing will allow Anna Marie Cothrum to spell out an apology in coins.
The coins will read: "I stole coins from this church and apologize to each worshipper as they enter the church."
Cothrum will serve 10 days in jail on the weekends. Twenty other days were suspended. She also has to complete a chemical abuse program.
