REDFORD, Mich. - When James Wethers heard three gunshots around 11:00 p.m. Monday night, he looked outside and saw a frantic pizza delivery driver and a man face down on the driveway across the street from his home on Gaylord in Redford Township.
Redford Police say the pizza delivery driver opened fire as he was being robbed by 20-year-old Tajuan Boyd.
Boyd was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
After the shooting, witnesses say they saw a possible accomplice speeding away from the scene.
Detectives from Redford Police are still investigating.
