PAINESVILLE, Ohio -
Painesville judge Michael Cicconetti is know for his creative sentencing. Now he has done it again.
Cicconetti sentenced a Lake County couple Tuesday for destroying a church's statue of the baby Jesus.
The two will spend 45 days in jail if they walk from St. Anthony's Church in Fairport Harbor to the Fairport Harbor Police Department with a replacement statue, leading a donkey behind an apology sign. If they choose not to, they will be forced to do more than twice the jail time.

A 20-year-old Eastlake man and a 17-year-old Fairport Harbor teen were charged with desecration, breaking and entering, and criminal damaging.
Police said the two suspects confessed to the Christmas Eve caper at St. Anthony's Church.
Cicconetti has sentenced people to stand with a pig, holding signs, "This is not a police officer." He also ordered a man to run in a race, after he ran from police.
