CLEVELAND - If you have mail to send, be prepared to shell out an extra penny.

The price of postage increased one cent on Sunday. First Class stamps now cost 46 cents and postcards are 33 cents.

Sending mail out of the country will cost you even more change. The price of international mailing is now $1.10.

The price hike comes as the U.S. Postal Service continues to struggle financially.
