WASHINGTON - Americans don't plan on holding back on their pets this Halloween.
A new survey from the National Retail Federation found that Americans plan to spend $370 million on costumes for their pets this year.
That's $60 million more than 2011.
The survey says pumpkins will be the most popular costumes, followed by the devil in second place.
Dogs dressed like cats and cats dressed like dogs are also popular.
