Cleveland drivers better pay attention -- there's another camera watching your commute.
The city installed a second red light camera at Carnegie Avenue and East 30th Street because of the high number of accidents at that intersection.
The camera has been recording since Nov. 13, but enforcement and citations officially begin Monday.
