Praying Hands

LEXINGTON, Ky. - A church in Lexington, Ky., has two drive-through prayer lanes.
Members of Centerpointe Christian Church offer prayers for motorists who pull into the church's drive-through lanes on the third Wednesday of each month.
The ministry started this past Easter and serves 15-26 cars during each two-hour opening. Its popularity has church officials considering opening the prayer lanes every week.
If drivers offer an email address, they receive additional information from the church. Rex Hughes, who is in charge of the church's prayer ministry, said the church is gaining some new members from the ministry.
