VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - She spends hours each week in front of the camera, but many more with her seven children, five of them adopted.
700 Club co-host Terry Meeuwsen also heads Christian Broadcasting Network's charity Orphan's Promise, which has operations in dozens of countries.
Meeuwsen has released a DVD set and instructional resources for parents who have opened their homes to orphans and foster children. Meeuwsen says "Adoption & Foster Rx" deals with general solutions and specifics for handling challenges that always arise after adoption.
She says she has known since she was a child that she wanted to be an adoptive mother. Her five adopted children are from around the globe, include Ukrainians and Koreans.
