Mama Mia! This 3-year-old Shar pei-pug mix just tugs at your heart. Mia is the baby in the Ryan family and she loves being around them all the time. When Mia hears the door opening she begins to wag her butt, not just her tail, and she puts one of her favorite toys in her mouth saying "hi, it's play time."

Her mom Paula says Mia can be stubborn at times when she wants things her way. But even in her stubborn moments, Mia is still the cutest dog in town. One of Mia's favorite things to do is is to go to the ice cream store. She's not looking for a free treat. Oh no, that is not Mia's style at all. She goes to the ice cream store prepared to pay with her tennis balls.

Mia is a good listener. When you tell her not to do something she doesn't do it. For example, the family puts her out in the back yard sometimes. Mia sees the gate wide open but she knows not to go through it. That's such a good little doggie.

Weighing in at 33 pounds, Mia isn't exactly what one would call a lap dog. Mom Paula says she doesn't mind the heavy weight and still treats MIa like a little lap dog.

Mia is loved by her family and is a wonderful addition to the Ryan family.
