CANTON, Ohio - The Factory of Terror is a two-time winner of the "world's longest walk-through horror house" title, bestowed by the Guinness Book of World Records.
With 3,796 feet of monsters and ghouls there is plenty to scare patrons of this 10-year-old haunt.
The attraction consists of four different themed areas: Portal to Insanity, Industrial Nightmare, Massacre on Mahoning and Judgement Day in 3-D. A resting area with sitting accommodations, restrooms and concessions is located half-way through the haunt.
In total, the haunt occupies 40,000 feet in an abandoned former aluminum factory.
Waiting lines at F.O.T. are all inside - so weather is not an issue.
