Cleveland Helps Low-Income Seniors Live Greener

CLEVELAND - The city of Cleveland took a new step Thursday to help the environment.
Mayor Frank Jackson and several council members kicked off the Cleveland Carbon Fund's first project in the Detroit Shoreway neighborhood.
Now, 10,000 compact fluorescent light bulbs will be installed at St. Augustine Towers, a residence for low-income seniors.
