CLEVELAND - If you are looking to wow party guests, but keep it simple and affordable, then “Let’s Dish’s” Chris Koetke has the perfect hors d’oeuvre recipe for you!
Here is the recipe for salami cones as seen on Good Morning Cleveland Saturday.
Difficulty: Easy

Cook time: 0
Serves: 24 cones
8 oz. softened cream cheese
2 finely minced green onion
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
24 thin slices of hard salami
Chives, red and yellow peppers cut in decorative shapes to garnish
1. Mix cream cheese, green onion, black pepper, and horseradish.
2. Cut a line through each slice of salami, running from the center of each slice to the edge. Roll each slice into a cone with the tip of the cone corresponding to the center of the slice of salami. Pinch the edge of the salami to hold its shape.
3. Using a pastry bag with a star tip or a spoon, fill the cone with flavored cream cheese.
4. Garnish with chives, red peppers, and yellow peppers.
