Consumer Reports finds best frozen meals

Many of us turn to frozen meals when there's no time to cook or to get some control of those calories.
But which are the best and the best for us?
Consumer Reports Shop Smart magazine tried 24 frozen meals and evaluated them for nutritional and taste quality.
They tested out the different meals in multiple categories:
Kashi Chicken Florentine topped the chicken meals category.
Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers Roasted Beef Merlot got the nod for the best in the beef category.
Lean Cuisine's One-Dish Favorites Santa Fe-Style Rice and Beans was the best tasting pasta or bean meal.
And for the seafood lovers, Lean Cuisine's Cafe Classics Shrimp Alfredo was ranked the best.
