CLEVELAND - The first Friday of the Lenten season means more fish on the menu. If you want to catch a quick bite to eat, here's some food for thought. Several fast food chains offer fish sandwiches, but how healthy are they?
Arby's fish sandwich has 540 calories and 23 grams of fat.
Burger King's B.K. Fish sandwich has higher calorie and fat counts, with 640 calories and a whopping 32 grams of fat.
Wendy's Premium Cod Filet tipped the scales at 510 calories and 26 grams of fat.
The healthiest option we found was at McDonald's. The Filet-O-Fish sandwich has just 380 calories and 18 grams of fat.
