CLEVELAND - Chris Hodgson is the owner of Dim And Den Sum, a food truck serving unique sandwiches for those looking for a fast food alternative.
Chris is also the cook and travels Northeast Ohio five days a week, taking his culinary skills straight to the street.
The Dim And Den Sum truck has become so popular that Chris often runs out of food. The Cleveland Clinic's Farmers Market on Wednesdays is one of his busiest stops.
"Every time we looked out the window we still had the same massive line with people waiting for their food," Chris said.
Chris was also in the race to be on next years season of "The Great American Food Truck Show" on The Food Network. About 280 food truck operators across the country fought for online votes for a spot on the show's second season. Dim And Den Sum came in a very respectable third place, not quite good enough to be on next seasons show.
Chris hopes to keep his food truck on the road as long as Northeast Ohio's weather permits.
