As the Super Bowl draws near and advertisers everywhere prepare for the most important 30 seconds of the year, some controversy is surrounding one dating website's proposed commercial.
Fox has rejected a 2011 Super Bowl ad from the controversial dating website AshleyMadison.com.
The site encourages cheating as part of exploring relationships and the content of the full ad could be considered by some as inappropriate or suggestive.
The rejected commercial, which stars porn star Savanna Samson, depicts a woman who seems excited by the prospect that her husband is cheating on her.
The website's tagline: "Life is short. Have an affair."
In response to the rejection, Ashley Madison lashed out at the NFL and Fox for an unfair bias against porn stars.
