CLEVELAND - Week four of “Dancing with the Stars” should throw the All-Stars for a loop.
They have been practicing for dances that many have never done before.
Last week, the show threw the couples for a curveball, having each couple pick the dance style for another couple, each of the dance styles being new to the show.
But so far, many have been tweeting about how they are handling these new dances.
Actress Kirstie Alley and Maks got stuck with the Charleston. Maks tweeted to Kirstie, “We got some tricks 4 u this week..Tricks that make me cry like a little bitch at night.... # DWTS ”--- And me during the day!”
Olympian Apolo Anton Ohno and Karina are working on a hip-hop routine. Apolo tweeted, “We are griiiiinnnndddinggggg today in rehearsals! Old school hip hop, throw bac classics all day....”
NFL retiree Emmitt Smith and Cheryl will do the Bolero. Emmitt tweeted, “I love a challenge! RT @ CherylBurke : Rehearsal time! Bolero is not an easy dance...”
TV host Melissa Rycroft and Tony got stuck with the Jitterbug. Melissa tweeted, “Holy aches and pains! Jitterbug makes me feel like such an old woman!! But it sure is fun - right @ TonyDovolani ?!?”
Actress Kelly Monaco and Val get to do contemporary. Kelly tweeted, “After an 8hr rehearsal today with @ iamValC I'm officially exhausted... # teamvally # dwts PS... I can't wait for tomorrow ;).”
Singer Sabrina Bryan and Louis will disco. Olympian Shawn Johnson and Derek are going to mambo. Actor Gilles Marini and Peta are working on a Bollywood routine.
Advocate Bristol Palin and Mark have rock and roll.
Last week, two couples were eliminated, including racecar driver Helio Castroneves and singer Drew Lachey.
Week four of competition airs Monday at 8 p.m. on ABC.
