Cleveland, Ohio - Good news for those who travel East 9th Street in downtown Cleveland -- it's back open.
NewsChannel5 crews came across the open and cleaned up section in downtown early Friday morning that had been used for “The Avengers” movie shooting.
Some detour signs still remain but all the barricades have been removed and traffic is flowing again.
The film crew for “I Alex Cross” was busy overnight shooting at Public Safety Central on Payne Avenue.
The building is home to the city of Cleveland’s Dispatch Center. Crews have setup on the third floor inside the building.
