George Lucas engaged to longtime girlfriend

Filmmaker George Lucas is ready to tie the knot. A representative for the "Star Wars" creator confirms Lucas is engaged to his longtime girlfriend Mellody Hobson.
The couple has been dating for seven years.
This will be the second marriage for the 68-year-old Lucas. He was previously married to Marcia Lucas from 1969 to 1983.
This marks the first marriage for 43-year-old Hobson, who is the president of a Chicago-based investment management firm.
She is also a financial contributor for ABC's "Good Morning America."
It has been a busy few months for George Lucas. The fame director, sold his "Star Wars" franchise to Disney late last year.
