Report: Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez may have called it quits

The status of his relationship with Selena Gomez appears to be up in the air, but Justin Bieber's fans aren't wavering in their support.

The 18-year-old pop star took the stage in Boston on Saturday amidst reports that he and 20-year-old Gomez broke up about a week ago.

Just after midnight Sunday, Bieber expressed his appreciation for his fans' devotion.

"Thank u Boston. focused on the positive. #30MillionBeliebers with me. Im never leaving u because u r always there 4 me. love u," he tweeted.

According to People magazine, Gomez recently broke up with Bieber because their pairing had grown "complicated."

E! News heard the same thing, with a source telling the site that the famous pair's "crazy schedules" made it difficult for them to maintain a relationship.

E! adds that Bieber was at a loss for words when asked about the rumored split on the Open House Party radio show Saturday.

"I don't know what to say," the teen star said. "I don't know what's going on in my life. To even assess that it doesn't make sense 'cause I have not made any comment."
