Tyra Banks rules over world of social networking

TYRA BANKS has been crowned the Internet's most popular supermodel thanks to her social networking prowess.
The America's Next Top Model creator and judge stands tall as the world's top ranking beauty in the Modelinia.com poll, which surveyed how catwalk stunners fared on Twitter, Facebook and photo-sharing website Instagram.com.
Banks rules over Twitter.com with over 8.2 million followers, easily eclipsing second-placed Miranda Kerr, who has 1.6 million fans, while the Californian native also boasts the most 'friends' on Facebook with just under three million. Brazilian model Adriana Lima trails her on that site with 2.5 million followers.
The 42 year old is also the most followed on Instagram, with more than 1. 2 million fans, edging clear of Aussie lingerie model Kerr, who is just behind with 1.1 million.
Ironically, Banks quit the modeling world to concentrate on becoming a TV personality and media mogul.
