Tom Cruise becomes latest swatting victim

TOM CRUISE has become Hollywood's latest 'swatting' victim after a prank call led to a police alert at his Beverly Hills home on Thursday (17Jan13).
Cops swarmed the movie star's estate after someone placed a 911 call reporting an armed intruder.
According to TMZ.com, the police found nothing to back up the call and filed it as another hoax.
It's not clear if Cruise was at home at the time of the drama.
A 12-year-old practical joker was recently arrested for allegedly committing swatting pranks against Ashton Kutcher and Justin Bieber.
