Singer SEAN KINGSTON has been ordered to pay over $50,000 to cover the cost of damage to his former home in Miami, Florida.

The Beautiful Girls hitmaker was sued by his former landlord over allegations he moved out of his rental property two months early and left the house in a terrible state last year (11), with damage said to include holes in the walls and broken garden lights.

Kingston didn't respond to the lawsuit and a judge has now awarded a default judgement, ordering the star to pay up more than $77,000 to cover the cost of the damage, according to TMZ.com.

The judge deducted Kingston's security deposit from the total, meaning he has to hand over a sum of $52,858 .
