Country star MIRANDA LAMBERT is opening a home goods store in her husband BLAKE SHELTON's native Oklahoma.

The House That Built Me hitmaker's Pink Pistol will open its doors to customers in Tishomingo on 23 November (12), which is considered America's busiest shopping day of the year.

She tells The Boot, "We're having the Grand Opening the day after Thanksgiving, on Black Friday, only we're calling it Pink Friday. We're going to make it a tradition to turn the (street) block pink every year at that time."

Fans will be able to purchase all kinds of items at the store.

Lambert explains, "It's antiques, gifts, boots, jeans and pretty much everything you can imagine. My favorite thing in the store is a glittery pink bicycle hanging from the ceiling. I'm really 12 at heart."

The store, which is just miles from the home Lambert shares with her husband, is partially named after her all-female supergroup the Pistol Annies.
