Kim Kardashian motivated to stay in shape by compliments

Reality star KIM KARDASHIAN is glad she's hailed as one of the world's sexiest women because the plaudits force her to keep fit.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians castmember enjoys hearing positive comments about her looks as they inspire her to exercise regularly and stick to a healthy diet.

She tells British magazine S, "Hottest woman in the world? That's so weird when people say that. If only they knew what I look like without these Spanx (supportive underwear) on. Seriously though, having that title is a pressure but I enjoy it because I like to stay in shape. I work out very hard and try to eat healthily. If I ever feel like I'm getting off balance, I cut back on junk food. That title keeps me on my toes."
