Justin Bieber in the clear over snapper clash

JUSTIN BIEBER will not face charges over his clash with a photographer in June (12).
Police in Los Angeles launched an investigation after reports the Baby singer was involved in a scuffle with a snapper at a shopping center in Calabasas, California.
The case was passed to the region's District Attorney but it has since been decided Bieber will not face any charges over the incident, according to TMZ.com.
