British pop star RITA ORA was given a huge confidence boost as she performed in New York on Monday (17Dec12) - her label boss JAY-Z was in the audience for the sold-out gig.
The R.I.P. hitmaker staged a show at the Highline Ballroom with rappers Big Sean and Wale among the crowd, but there was one extra special guest watching from afar.
Referencing the Roc Nation founder in a Twitter.com post on Tuesday morning (18Dec12), she writes, "I duno (sic) why I can't stop talkin about last night it was amazing especially when you got your big brother with you".
Ora also shared a photo of herself with Big Sean and Wale, tweeting, "Last night, u know u good when u got ur boys wit (with) u wale bigsean. NYC yeahboiiii (sic)."
During the performance, which was rescheduled from its original October (12) date due to Hurricane Sandy, the singer also played a cover of rapper Kendrick Lamar's Swimming Pools (Drank).
Jay-Z signed Ora to his new label in 2009.
