HUGH JACKMAN is extending his business foray into the world of chocolate just in time for Valentine's Day (14Feb12).
The X-Men actor and his wife Deborra-Lee Furness launched their new fair trade coffee company Laughing Man in New York City last October (11) and now the couple is expanding its line of offerings to include organic and kosher chocolates.
He tells CNN, "Each of these companies that we create, 100 per cent of the profits go to charities.
"It's first and foremost about creating good products that people really want. Not that they feel like they should want it, but because they genuinely want it. And then being able to create jobs and support entrepreneurialism. That's what inspired me, and I was waiting for the right opportunity."
And Jackman is excited to finally be specialising in sweet treats, adding, "I eat a little bit of dark chocolate every day - I'd definitely say that it makes you feel good."
