DRAKE and CHRIS BROWN will not face charges for their summer (12) nightclub brawl in New York - police officials have dropped the case because they don't have enough evidence to proceed.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ.com no criminal charges will be filed against the two stars or members of their entourage following the bottle-smashing brawl at WiP nightclub in June.
Brown suffered injuries to his face from a flying bottle during the fracas, which reportedly broke out when the rivals clashed over the Kiss Kiss star's former girlfriend Rihanna.
Many clubbers were left bloodied by the brawl and Eva Longoria's basketball player ex Tony Parker claimed his eye was injured as a result of the fight. He has sued the club for damages.
