Diane Lane files divorce papers

Actress DIANE LANE has moved to officially end her marriage to JOSH BROLIN by filing divorce papers in Los Angeles.
The actors, who wed in August, 2004, quietly parted ways late last year (12), but their split was not made public until Thursday (21Feb13).
It has now emerged that The Perfect Storm beauty lodged court documents to end the union just after Valentine's Day (14Feb13), according to TMZ.com.
It's the second failed marriage for both stars - Lane split from her first husband Christopher Lambert in 1994, the same year that Brolin broke up with actress Alice Adair, the mother of his two children Trevor, 24, and Eden, 18. Lane has a 20-year-old daughter from the first relationship.
