Director DARREN ARONOFSKY sent a million volts charging through the body of illusionist DAVID BLAINE on Saturday (06Oct12) as he took part in the daredevil's latest electrifying stunt in New York.
Blaine launched his electric spectacular, in which he wears a chain-mail body suit hooked up to two conductors for 72 hours, on Friday (05Oct12), and comedian Chris Rock was among the onlookers invited to press a button to send currents through his body.
Black Swan moviemaker Aronofsky visited the site of the stunt on Saturday with his son Henry - and he was also given the chance to shock Blaine, according to the New York Post's gossip column Page Six.
A source tells the publication, "Darren just showed up with his son and used the computer to electrify the hell out of Blaine."
In a post on his Twitter.com page, the director uploaded a photo of the daredevil and added, "Go David Blaine what a show."
Rachel Weisz, Aronofsky's former partner, also visited Pier 54 in Chelsea to see the stunt, as did actress Jemima Kirke.
