Another major sponsor has cut its ties with Paula Deen.
Smithfield Foods has terminated its contract with the celebrity chef. Deen became a spokesperson for the country's largest producer of pork products in 2006.
A statement was issued by Smithfield Foods saying it, "condemns the use of offensive and discriminatory language" of any kind.
Deen has admitted to using a racial slur. Her comments became public in a lawsuit deposition. A former general manager of one Deen's Georgia restaurants is suing her for sexual and racial harassment.
The Food Network has also decided not to renew Deen's contract.
