CEE LO GREEN has been slapped with a multi-million dollar lawsuit over his alleged failure to show at two pre-Christmas concerts.

Officials at the Cierra Management Group claim they paid $243,000 in 2011 to put on a couple of holiday shows, but in their lawsuit, obtained by TMZ.com, they allege the gigs were never going to take place.

They claim the deal was little more than a "scheme designed to finagle funding capital for concerts they knew would not manifest."

Green is not accused of being part of the conspiracy, but he is being sued for allegedly refusing to perform the concerts.

Cierra bosses want a $14.2 million settlement.
