Funnywoman AMY POEHLER is set to bring laughs to the literary world after signing a book deal.
The former Saturday Night Live star will share funny anecdotes and tales from her life in the tome, which will be released in 2014.
A statement from the book's publisher, It Books, reads, "(The book is) an illustrated, non-linear diary full of humor and honesty and brimming with true stories, fictional anecdotes and life lessons, the book will be a unique and engaging experience from one of today's most talented and beloved stars."
Poehler will be following in the footsteps of her friend and fellow comedienne Tina Fey, her co-host at the recent Golden Globe Awards, who scored a huge hit with her book Bossypants in 2011. The autobiography sold more than two million copies worldwide.
