CLEVELAND - Looking for something special to do with Dad Sunday?
Two places in town are offering half-price admission for dads along with other special activities.
At the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, tickets for dad are $6.25.
The Zoo has special activities planned throughout the day including a heavy equipment display near the African Savanna and chances to meet the Keepers.
There will also be a “Cans for Conservation” aluminum can drive all day.
All proceeds from the cans collected benefit Bat Conservation International.
Later in the day, all the cans that have been collected will be crushed with a steamroller near the Sarah Allison Steffee Center for Zoological Medicine.
The Children’s Museum will have “Sundaes and Sports with Dad”.
Dads will get into the museum for half price, and there will be “Daddy and Me” stations set up around the museum that will include sundae making and tie decorating.
Later in the day, dads and children can take part in mock shaving stations and sports training.
