CLEVELAND - newsnet5.com was honored at the Press Club of Cleveland’s All Ohio Awards on Friday.
The site received best television news website and best website in Ohio during the awards ceremony at the Cleveland Marriott. The award recognized newsnet5.com staff members Colleen Seitz, Mike Waterhouse, Jen Steer and Tina Kaufmann.
“It’s great to have your hard work recognized by others,” said Seitz, director of new media at NewsChannel5.
Already this year, newsnet5.com received a regional Edward R. Murrow Award for best website.
NewsChannel5's affiliate ONN won 12 awards Friday night, including best newscast in a major market.
This is the 125th anniversary of the Press Club of Cleveland. The ceremony was hosted by Dan Coughlin and Dick Feagler.
