Beginning 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time Tuesday, October 9, 2012 through 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time Tuesday, October 16, 2012, using a mobile telephone, text Pumpkin, the designated key word, to short number 46988. Entrant must have a text messaging two-way capable phone and digital service to enter. Standard text messaging rates and other charges will apply as determined by your service carrier. Entrant is solely responsible for any charges incurred. Text messaging service may not be available in all markets, as determined by your service carrier. Before entering via text messaging, check with your wireless provider for details.
By entering via text, entrant authorizes Sponsor to send to the mobile telephone number from which entry was received any future text messages from Sponsor, including but not limited to, commercial text messages, Sponsor announcements, coupons and money saving offerings from Sponsor. To stop receiving text messages at any time, entrant can text STOP to the designated short number.
Limit one entry per person/phone number/household address regardless of method of entry . No mechanically reproduced entries of any kind permitted. Illegible and incomplete entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated,postage due, misdirected entries or entries not received. In the event of a dispute over who submitted a text entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the mobile number that submitted the text entry. The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person to whom the mobile number is assigned pursuant to the contract with the wireless provider. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
RANDOM DRAWING: Five (5) winners will be selected by random drawings on or about October 17, 2012 from all eligible entries received. Decisions of Sponsor are final on all matters. Winner will be notified using the information provided in the entry and will have three (3) business days to respond. If there is no timely response an alternate potential prize winner may be selected.Limit one prize per person/household address. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
PRIZE:Five (5) First Prizes – each First Prize winner receives a family four-pack of pumpkin patch train ride tickets at Lodi Station Outlets in Lodi, OH (ARV $20/four-pack). Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. No substitution or transfer/assignment of prize by winners permitted. Subject to all terms, conditions and restrictions on face of tickets or imposed by issuer. If by reason of printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules, a random drawing will be held to award the advertised number of prizes in the relevant category. Under no circumstances will more than the advertised number of prizes be awarded. Winner must pick up his or her prize at WEWS NewsChannel 5, 3001 Euclid Ave., Cleveland, OH 44115 M-F between 9AM – 5PM no later than Friday, October 19, 2012.

All federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of winner(s). All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Potential winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form, which may require social security number, postmarked within 10 days of the date on notification materials. Noncompliance within this time period and/or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries.
