CLEVELAND -- Razors come in all different colors from pink to green, Gillette to Bic, and usually range in price from $1.99 to $9.99, but they never seem to last as long as they should. What if one razor could last a lifetime? That's what the Lady Infinity claims to do. But is it really the last razor you'll ever buy?Taya Pryor-Pullins offered to give the "As Seen On TV" product a try for 30 days. With a cost of $9.99 and a lifetime guarantee it seemed too good to be true. After a few strokes, Taya said she noticed a prickly problem and the shaving cream didn't come off very well."It shaved great for the first five days to a week, but then it kind of went down from there," said Pryor-Pullins.According to the review sheet she kept, the razor's performance went from great to fair in 9 days and on day 12 she wrote "dreading having to use it" so she stopped. She commented that the fancy handle would slip right out of her soapy hands and the head didn't bend so she couldn't use it around the curved part of her legs, leaving part of her leg without a clean shave.Pryor-Pullins also said the design makes it difficult to rinse the shaving cream out, and the razor rusted. If you ever have rust on your razor, do not use it because an infection could develop. The replacement guarantee indicates you have to wait 31 days after purchase to send it back. You also have to pay to ship it and enclose $6.99. For $6.99, you could get a three-pack of another brand of razors. So did it really do that? According to Pryor-Pullins, the only place the Lady Infinity belongs is "in the garbage."
