A man convicted of threatening a Cuyahoga County judge received a five-year prison sentence Thursday, reported NewsChannel5.

casalicchio Joseph Casalicchio was found guilty of intimidating Judge Kathleen Sutula after she sent him to jail on drug charges.

Charges that he hired a hit man to kill her were dropped.

Casalicchio is already serving a prison sentence for his drug conviction.
