CLEVELAND -- A man who claimed to be an artist is in jail for stealing art.Police arrested Richard Owens for stealing three pieces of art worth $12,000.Police said Owens stole the art from a Woodmere Art Gallery and tried to sell the art to a Chicago dealer.Owens even appeared on WEWS’s Kaleidoscope. The second airing featuring Owens has been canceled.
