POSTED: 3:46 pm EST January 30, 2009
UPDATED: 10:59 am EST February 1, 2009

The reward has doubled as Cleveland police look for the armed robber responsible for a crime spree.

Police said a man robbed the same BP gas station at gunpoint three times in the past month.

The station is located on East 152nd Street just off the Interstate 90 east exit.

Police believe the man lives in the area. The man is in his 20s and has worn a blue hooded sweatshirt with "USA" printed on the front.

During the last robbery, he demanded cash and gum, police said.

Crime Stoppers offers rewards up to $2,000 but in this case, BP said it will match whatever cash reward Crime Stoppers gives out.

Anyone with information should call 216-252-7463.
