CLEVELAND -- The Regional Transit Authority is pushing back changes and cuts to its bus routes.The changes were scheduled to take effect Nov. 2, which is two days before the election. The changes will now start Nov. 9.It was feared the cuts would make it difficult for some voters to get to the polls.
